What is your Return Policy?

Our goal is to provide you with an exceptional shopping experience. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any unused or defective merchandise for a refund of the purchase price and sales tax (where applicable), not including any shipping fees (if any), within 30 calendar days from the invoice/sales receipt date.  

Returned items must be sent to us in the state that you received them: unused, unwashed, unsoiled, and in the original packaging with the product tags and stickers attached (especially the hygienic liner in the swimsuits) - if the product tags or stickers have been removed, they will be considered used. We reserve the right to refuse any return if the items are not in any condition to be resold, has been washed, contains smells of essential oils/perfume, smoke, etc.

In the event the return is made due to defective merchandise or a wrong item has been shipped, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label that will be used to send the items back to us.  Should you choose to ship the item voluntarily, the shipping cost will not be reimbursed.
