How do I receive a refund for my purchase?

All returns must be received within 30 calendar days from the invoice/sales date in order to receive a refund. 

Once your return is received and inspected by our staff (usually within 1-2 business days), your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days for the credit to post to your account and one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.

Returns received between 31 and 60 calendar days from the invoice/receipt date will receive store credit.
