I want to return my purchase. What do I do?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accept a return for a refund.  Please see our Return Policy for guidelines on returns.  To return an item, please follow the instructions below:

  1. Please contact us at service@menmommy.com so we can assist you with your return.
  2. Download, print and fill out the Return Form which can be downloaded below.
  3. Pack the item/s securely together with the Return Form. You can use your original meNmommy shipment packaging, or any unmarked packaging — just make sure there's no existing shipping labels or stickers on the box!  NOTE: Make sure you have your Order Number on the form to facilitate processing.
  4. You can ship the items back to us with either option:
    • You can ship the item directly to our mailing address: PO Box 1241 Wylie, TX 75098 with your carrier of choice. Please make sure that you include a delivery receipt so you can track the package. 
    • We can provide you with a pre-paid label to return the purchase to us (Only applies to US orders). We will deduct a flat shipping rate of $5.00 from your refund (does not apply to exchanges).

It may take 4-5 business days for your return to reach our warehouse. Once your return is received and inspected by our staff (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to the original method of payment within 7 business days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for the amount to post to your account.
