What is your Exchange Policy?

You may exchange merchandise within 30 calendar days from the invoice/sales receipt date (please refer to our Return Policy for guidelines on returnable items).  When exchanging one item for another, the value of the returned item will be applied as a credit towards the new item you are requesting. If the price of the new item is higher, we will charge your credit card for the difference. If the price of the new item is lower, we will credit the balance on your credit card (provided your return was received within 30 calendar days from date of invoice/sales receipt).

The first time you exchange the items purchased, we will cover the cost to ship the replacement items via standard ground shipping only.  In our effort to minimize waste and lessen our impact on the environment, please note that your order may arrive in a slightly used shipping box. Shipping costs for subsequent exchanges will be charged to you at a flat rate of $5.00. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange due to excessive returns.

Please note that your exchange item may be out of stock by the time your return is received.  We suggest you list several style numbers on your return/exchange form and note in the comments sections which is your 1st or 2nd choice.  OR, specify that you would like to receive store credit.
