I received a shipping confirmation for my order, but it doesn't have all the items that I ordered. Where are the rest of my items?

If you get a shipping confirmation that doesn't contain all the items you originally ordered, it's because of either one of the following:

  • Some items from your order may be shipping from a different location.
  • One or more of the items you ordered may be temporarily out of stock, in which case the rest of your order should follow within a couple of days. We will notify you should this happen.
  • Some items from your order may be permanently out of stock, in which case you will receive a refund. We will contact you if this should happen.
